Guys this has got to be one of the toughest times for fishing right now. Things are turned upside down and patterns are hard to lock onto. I knew of others fishing Hartwell, Keowee and Wylie and they had just about the same luck as most of us on Murray that day. I wasn’t too surprised by the number of Boaters and Co Anglers that did not bring in fish as well because of the day we were having.
My Co Angler and I, Josh Sanchez, went into this with the right bait and hit some really nice spots but we just couldn't find the fish. Regardless we ended up having a good day and a lot of laughs. Hopefully things will pan out much better for everyone on Santee next month.
Take care and see you on the water!
